Refund Policy.

Every account starts with a 30-day free trial with full access and no payment details, so you can decide whether Track is right for you before paying anything.

All payments — monthly or multi-month, through Paymob or PayPal — are final and non-refundable once your membership has been activated. This includes unused days if you stop using Track before your paid period ends.

One-off packages never renew, so there is nothing to cancel. If you use the PayPal monthly subscription, cancel it any time from your PayPal account; no further charges are made and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

This policy covers change-of-mind refunds only. If something went wrong on our side, we put it right:

• You were charged but your account was not activated — we activate it for the full period you paid for.
• You were charged twice for the same purchase — the duplicate charge is returned.

Email seifeldenslama@gmail.com within 14 days with the email on your Track account and the payment reference from Paymob or PayPal. We reply within 2 business days.
